along with the expiration date and name on the card.

you will RECEIVE An order confirmation FROM THE WIZARD.

The confirmation will explain the order, shipping and insurance amounts.
the total charged to your visa/mastercard will be on the confirmation.

If you do not want to use the secure order blank to send your
visa/master card number, put "call" in the visa/mastercard number area.
We will call you to obtain the number.
